Is Alibaba down right now?

alibaba.com — live status, response speed and SSL.

Is it down for everyone or just you?

The check above runs from our servers, not your device. If it says alibaba.com is responding but the site won't load for you, the problem is local. Restart your router, try your phone's data instead of wi-fi, clear your DNS cache, and switch off browser extensions one at a time.

Using Alibaba safely

The retailer is legitimate. On any marketplace listing, check the individual seller's ratings, and pay with a credit card so you keep chargeback protection.
