Is Example Domain down right now?

example.com — live status, response speed, SSL and legitimacy.

What Example Domain is

A reserved domain set aside for documentation and testing (RFC 2606). It serves a simple placeholder page and is safe to load.

Is it down for everyone or just you?

The check above runs from our servers, not your device. If it says example.com is responding but the site won't load for you, the problem is on your end. Restart your router, try another network or your phone's data, clear your DNS cache, and switch off browser extensions one at a time.
