Is Max down right now?

max.com — live status, response speed and SSL.

Is it down for everyone or just you?

The check above runs from our servers, not your device. If it says max.com is responding but the site won't load for you, the problem is local. Restart your router, try your phone's data instead of wi-fi, clear your DNS cache, and switch off browser extensions one at a time.

Using Max safely

Subscription services are legitimate. Emails saying your payment failed are a common phishing trick. Log in by typing the address yourself.
