Is Southwest down right now?

southwest.com — live status, response speed and SSL.

Is it down for everyone or just you?

The check above runs from our servers, not your device. If it says southwest.com is responding but the site won't load for you, the problem is local. Restart your router, try your phone's data instead of wi-fi, clear your DNS cache, and switch off browser extensions one at a time.

Using Southwest safely

Legitimate booking service. Book through the site or app itself, never through a 'customer service' number you found in a search ad.

A full report adds a Trust Index, community reports and safer alternatives.
