Is T-Mobile down right now?

t-mobile.com — live status, response speed and SSL.

Is it down for everyone or just you?

The check above runs from our servers, not your device. If it says t-mobile.com is responding but the site won't load for you, the problem is local. Restart your router, try your phone's data instead of wi-fi, clear your DNS cache, and switch off browser extensions one at a time.

Using T-Mobile safely

Legitimate carrier. Account takeovers often start with a call claiming to be support. Hang up and dial the number on your bill instead.
